As part of the Service Department team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts, Peter acts as both the safety director and the assistant service manager for the company. Peter assures that the company’s employees are in compliance with the safety program by providing the necessary training and guidance.

As assistant service manager, Peter oversees the day-to-day operations of the Service Department. He works very closely with the Service Department team and assists in dispatching, customer relations, quoting small service projects, payroll authorization, and preventative maintenance contract compliance. He also helps improve service delivery through implementing and overseeing the mobile technology used by the field employees.

Expertise

Peter began his career at Northeast in 1997 and has since held numerous positions within the company. Hired as a parts runner, he transitioned into an office position in 2000 as a dispatcher for the service department. In 2002, he spent several months as a project manager, but returned to the service department as the assistant service manager.

Peter graduated from Worcester’s College of the Holy Cross with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He has completed various training for his positions including EMCOR’s Executive Leadership Program at Babson College, MSCA's Service Managers Training Program, and OSHA's 501 Trainer Course in Occupational Health Standards for General Industry.

The Personal Side

Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and his friends. He loves spending summer weekends at the beach and traveling to the coast of Maine with his family. Peter stays active by skiing, mountain biking, and golfing.
