Maintenance & Service Sales
Terry’s responsibilities as part of the sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast are identifying new and existing customer needs and developing preventative maintenance agreements that help customers reduce their owning and operating costs. He is responsible for growing EMCOR’s maintenance base and discovering and selling the industry’s latest technologies.
Terry has spent several years in customer service and sales as a representative and a manager. He spent 8 years as an account executive for Carrier Corporation where he sold energy-saving projects to customers through DDC controls and retrofits. Terry also developed preventative maintenance agreements for new and existing customers. He began his career with EMCOR Services in 2007 where he has specialized in preventative maintenance agreements, equipment retrofits, and design build projects.
Terry earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson Graduate School of Business. He received Carrier’s National Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2001.
The Personal Side
Terry enjoys spending time with his wife Christine, son Ryan, and daughter Emily. He has a passion for skiing and enjoys traveling with his family and attending his children’s sporting events. Terry is an avid sports fan and holds season tickets to The New England Patriots.
