Vice President Sales
Terry’s responsibilities as part of the Sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast are identifying new and existing customer needs and developing preventative maintenance agreements that help customers reduce their owning and operating costs. Terry is responsible for growing EMCOR’s maintenance base and discovering and selling the industry’s latest technologies. Terry is also responsible for the supervision of all the company’s salesmen and all sales activities.
Terry has spent several years in customer service and sales as a representative and a manager. Terry spent nine years as an Account Executive for Carrier Corporation where he sold energy-saving projects to customers through DDC controls and retrofits. Terry also developed preventative maintenance agreements for new and existing customers. Terry started with EMCOR Services Northeast in 2007 where he has specialized in preventative maintenance agreements, equipment retrofits and design build projects.
Terry earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1987 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson Graduate School of Business in 1993. He received Carrier’s National Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2001.
The Personal Side
Terry enjoys spending time with his wife Christine, son Ryan, and daughter Emily. He has a passion for skiing and enjoys traveling with his family. Terry is an avid sports fan and holds season’s tickets to the New England Patriots. In his spare time, Terry likes to ski and enjoys listening to music and attending concerts.
