Service Manager
As part of the service management team at EMCOR Services Northeast, Dan works closely with the vice president of service. He is involved in day-to-day decisions regarding building management and maintenance solutions for customer problems.
He also assists field technicians to help ensure our work meets our customers’ expectations. Other responsibilities include writing quotes for small service projects and coordination of labor for facilities service and project work.
Dan has been working in the commercial heating and air conditioning services industry since 1979. His field experience began with servicing and installing temperature control systems, which included pneumatic, electric, electronic and DDC systems.
He also performed project management work while employed at an engineering firm. During his career, he has spent 22 years as a technician servicing commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, burners, pumps, variable air volume (VAV) boxes, etc.
Dan joined the company in 2002 and in the fall of 2006, joined the service management team as service manager.
Dan has an associate degree in HVAC technology and has attended many building control and equipment manufacturer's training seminars and classes. He is a member of the Pipefitters Local 537 and holds a Massachusetts refrigeration technician's license, an oil burner technician's license, and an EPA universal refrigerant certificate.
Dan enjoys taking vacations to the Caribbean with his wife and bass fishing and golfing with his sons.
