Senior Manager, Administration and Customer Service
As part of the management team, Debra’s primary role is to ensure the office is running smoothly and all policies and procedures are being followed.
She processes the weekly payroll, reviews federal and state taxes, generates union reports and payments, and handles all human resources functions including employee benefits administration and corporate reporting. Additional duties include managing sales support responsibilities and overseeing risk management and insurance claims.
Prior to working at EMCOR Services Northeast, Debra spent several years employed with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. where she worked in the land development department providing customer service and administrative support.
She later went on to work at Harvard School of Dental Medicine where she coordinated alumni receptions and reunions and maintained the alumni database.
Debra joined the company in 2000 as part of the operations team. She was responsible for processing preventive maintenance contracts and renewals, managed the Global PMA estimating database, and maintained all the ISO databases and documentation for the quality assurance program.
In 2006, Debra joined the sales team as the sales coordinator, assisting sales engineers and providing reports to assist with project and contract management.
Debra earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and child development from Tufts University. She has attended quality management and human resources conferences conducted by EMCOR Facilities Services and has received an OSHA 10 training certificate.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and takes pleasure in outdoor activities, watching sporting events, attending concerts, and going to the beach.
