Paul brings nearly three decades of experience in the construction and mechanical services industry. Beginning his career in 1997, he completed the Local 537 apprenticeship program and earned an associate degree in construction supervision. He holds multiple Massachusetts licenses, including Master Pipefitter, Refrigeration Contractor, Construction Supervisor, OSHA-30, and Oil Burner Technician. Before assuming the role of President, Paul served as Vice President of Operations for seven years, where he drove operational excellence and client satisfaction.
The Personal Side
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife of 23 years, Brenda, and their two sons, Lincoln and Patrick. Together, they share a love for travel and have visited most U.S. states. Paul also values time with his large extended family, who all live nearby, reinforcing his strong sense of community and connection.
