As part of the service management team, Steven's responsibilities are to provide daily support to the service technicians in the field and to assist with the day-to-day operations of the service department. He also contributes by maintaining machinery maintenance materials and the technical literature for all equipment serviced, including machine overhauls.
Expertise
Steven has worked in the commercial air conditioning and heating services industry since 1992, after graduating from the Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in Billerica, MA. In 1995, he received a certificate for HVAC design from Boston's Northeastern University while performing service work during the day.
For the next 12 years, he worked in the field where he serviced, maintained, and installed various types of HVAC equipment and systems pertaining to computer rooms and clean rooms, and including large tonnage rooftop units, screw chillers, building energy management systems, and pneumatic controls.
The Personal Side
Steven loves to spend time with his wife and young daughter. He enjoys playing golf and riding motorcycles.
