As part of the sales team, Jim is responsible for identifying and responding to the needs and requirements of new and existing customers. Jim works with customers on a vast range of mechanical and refrigeration issues, as well as providing controls and energy efficiency solutions from small platforms to large facilities and process equipment.
He designs and provides estimates for equipment replacement, repairs, and preventive maintenance agreements. His responsibilities include coordination of projects with technicians and subcontractors to provide quality service and a great end result for our customers.
Jim joined the company as a service technician in 2012. He has worked on a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units and controls systems. He was responsible for running and maintaining large tonnage facilities to help ensure the reliability and longevity of the equipment. In 2019, Jim moved into a new position as a sales engineer.
Jim completed five years of schooling at the Pipefitters Local 537 training center. He is a Star Certified Service Technician and currently holds Massachusetts Pipefitter, Refrigeration, and Oil Burner licenses.
Jim enjoys spending weekends with his wife and two children. He also enjoys family vacations and attending his children’s sporting events.
