As part of the sales team, Paul is responsible for identifying and responding to the needs and requirements of our customers. He works closely with customers to determine the most economical repairs, replacements, and/or upgrades to make to the commercial mechanical equipment within their facility.
He then designs, estimates, sells, and manages each project. During the project he is responsible for coordinating and scheduling technicians and subcontractors to make sure our customers receive quality service in a timely manner.
Paul also develops facilities preventive maintenance agreements to help our customers maintain their mechanical/HVAC equipment and reduce their purchase and operating costs.
Paul started working in the HVAC industry in 1985 after graduating from Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. He worked for 23 years at the company where he was a technician for fifteen years, and then moved on to his current position as sales engineer for the past eight years. Paul has Massachusetts Refrigeration and Oil Burner Technician licenses.
Paul likes spending his spare time with family and friends. He especially enjoys golfing.
