Vice President Sales
Terry’s responsibilities, as part of the sales team, are identifying our new and existing customer’s needs and developing preventive maintenance agreements that help them reduce their equipment acquisition and operating costs.
Terry is responsible for growing our maintenance customer base and discovering and selling the industry’s latest technologies. He is also responsible for the supervision of all the company’s salesmen and oversees all sales activities.
Terry has spent several years in customer service and sales as a representative and a manager. He spent nine years as an account executive for Carrier Corporation, where he sold energy saving projects to customers through direct digital controls (DDC) systems and retrofits. He also developed preventive maintenance agreements for new and existing customers.
Terry started with EMCOR Services Northeast in 2007 and he specializes in procuring preventive maintenance agreements, equipment retrofits, and design-build projects.
In 1987 he earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Babson Graduate School of Business in 1993. He received Carrier’s National Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2001.
Terry enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He has a passion for skiing, enjoys traveling, and is an avid sports fan and New England Patriot season ticket holder.
